EDDM Mailers

We stand out by giving a Local Feel to our mailers.
We use both USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) and we also utilize saturated mailing.
Online ads work fast, but mail still sticks because it feels local and intentional.
Not everyone is on social media, and some people trust what they can hold in
their hand. USPS offers a program called Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) that
lets you target entire mail routes, no mailing list needed. You can cherry
pick roads or choose entire neighborhoods. A simple drive through can help
target neighborhoods who need your service and area to avoid.
In a world in which mail is sometimes forgotten -> it's a place where you can
stand out with certain techniques to seem personalized. It physically lands in
every hand, unlike an email or ad that can get lost and scrolled past. It's
timeless, so it stands out.
Most mailers follow the same template format and it goes to the trash.
(for me its too junky and blends with the rest of the mail we're used to ignoring)
We stand out by giving a local feel with our mailers! We found this strategy out
by trying to make them feel like we had someone from our company drop it off
at their house. It gives a personal vibe, and makes them feel thought of and that
it as meant them specifically. They give it the time to read because they feel we
gave them the time. We follow through with a trust signal, I believe that's why
the conversion is so high. We consistently pull a 1% to 3% response rate, which is
strong for local campaigns.

You match your mailer designs with your online content, people recognize your
name, color, and tone. It's reaching the same audience you target online.
Someone might see your online listing then see the same offer in their mailbox
that week. The repetition builds familiarity and trust.
We call it omnipresence. When it feels like your name is everywhere, not in an
annoying way, but in a way that feels local and reliable. The more places your
brand shows up, the more natural it feels to call you first.
