With a background in business and computer science, I’ve always looked at problems through systems. A system is only as strong as its inputs and outputs.
When I started helping at my dad’s tree service, it began as simple office help and keeping things organized. But I quickly noticed where the cracks were forming.
The crews were busy, the office was overstimulated, and marketing was slipping through the gaps.
When I began marketing I wanted to get us seen online, so I built out our Visibility Engine: reviews, Google posts, and a clean website that actually ranked.
Once that worked, I ran ads and suddenly, the phone wouldn’t stop ringing. But that’s when I realized the real problem wasn’t getting leads. It was keeping up with them.
Money wasn’t being lost in the field, it was being lost in the follow-up.
Calls missed. Leads forgotten. No process to catch it all.
So I built one. And once it worked for us, I realized every small business might be fighting the same battle.
